Title: Senior Contracts Administrator

Location: Alexandria, VA

Clearance: TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph

Responsibilities:

• Provide contractual guidance, advice, and support to in-house management and program management staff, including interpreting terms and conditions, monitoring contract performance and performing contract close-outs in accordance with applicable regulations
• Manage the proper coordination of various types of agreements and other contract/legal documents with other corporate functions, such as accounting, subcontracts, and procurement
• Independently establish direct working relationship with technical staff and clients
• Implement procurement and contract management strategies, systems, procedures and guidelines for internal and external clients
• Prepare professional reports for use by senior management throughout the project lifecycle
• Support data calls, maintain compliance with federal requirements, other agency audit requirements on an ongoing basis
• Negotiate key commercial terms and conditions
• Monitor contractor performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required, with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in a contracts administration role in a government contractor setting
• Experience with award fee contracts, cost reimbursement, fixed price, and T&M contracts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with personnel on all levels of an organization
• Current TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
