About the Job
- The Senior Contracts Administrator will prepare, negotiate, and issue subcontract documents and modifications, including identification and inclusion of flow down requirements from the prime contract
- Document contract and subcontract files in compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations and company policies and procedures
- Maintain contract and subcontract documents in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Handle NDAs, Teaming Agreements, Service Agreements, Purchase Orders, and other contracts
- Negotiate and execute contract documents in line with company policies
- The Senior Contracts Administrator will manage day-to-day contract actions and prepare official correspondence and deliverables
- Maintain contract records in Deltek Costpoint
- Communicate effectively across various functions and programs
- Support multiple programs and manage competing priorities
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience at a government contractor or subcontractor
- Knowledge and experience with FAR/DFAR
- Experience working with prime contracts and flow down subcontracts
- Experience with Costpoint or Unanet
- Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
