Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Controls Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and managing control systems, with expertise in PLCs, HMIs, SCADA applications, and troubleshooting. Proficiency with Allen Bradley Rockwell, ControlLogix, and Siemens systems is essential. This role requires exceptional leadership and communication skills to ensure successful project execution and team collaboration. The candidate should be comfortable with traveling up to 30% for on-site installations and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain advanced control systems using Allen Bradley Rockwell, ControlLogix, and Siemens platforms.
• Develop and manage HMI and SCADA applications to enhance system control and data acquisition.
• Program and optimize PLCs to meet complex industrial process requirements.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts to diagnose and resolve system issues promptly.
• Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
• Travel up to 30% for on-site installations, commissioning, and technical support.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, or related engineering fields,
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting control systems, coupled with a firm grasp of process controls, is imperative.
• Previous work experience in the validation of pharmaceutical and biotech systems.
• Proven expertise in PLC programming, HMI development, and SCADA systems.
• Strong knowledge of Allen Bradley Rockwell, ControlLogix, and Siemens control systems.
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues
