How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
The DPS Delta Client Coordinator role provides subject matter expertise and support to the DPS team assigned to Delta Air Lines. The incumbent should have a basic understanding and knowledge of FAA Part 121 Air Carrier Operations and the ability to manipulate and analyze data. This client support position will report to the DPS Program Manager - Delta Client Relations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TASKS
- Provide operational support to DPS Program Manager - Delta Client Relations
- Serve as subject matter expert on DPS policies and procedures and provide support to instructors and Flight Operations Support personnel assigned to Delta Air Lines
- Manipulate and analyze data
- Create reports for DPS and Delta client leadership
- Track individual progress and report status of projects to appropriate leaders
- Partner with DPS Operations and Administrative teams to complete project tasks as assigned
- Review standard procedures and provide feedback
- Specific duties as assigned by DPS Program Manager - Delta Client Relations

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
- Solid organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with Airline Flight Operations infrastructures
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Solid computer skills including proficiency with Office 365 and the ability to learn Delta/DPS software
- Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an attention to detail
- Analytical Skills - Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem.
- Problem Solving - Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures.
