What You'll Be Doing:
Representing lenders, corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, and investment banks in secured and unsecured finance transactions.
Navigating mergers and acquisitions, project finance, structured finance, real estate finance, and cross-border deals.
Drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security agreements, guarantees, and more.
Conducting thorough due diligence with an eagle eye for detail.
Collaborating with a team that values your input and expertise.
What You Bring:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active membership with the Florida Bar (DC Bar is a plus).
5+ years of experience in finance, real estate, and corporate transactions.
Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills.
