We're on the lookout for a seasoned attorney barred in Florida to join our dynamic team. If you have a knack for navigating complex finance transactions and a passion for delivering exceptional client service, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Represent lenders, corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, and investment banks in secured and unsecured finance transactions.
Draft and negotiate loan agreements, security agreements, guarantees, and other related documents.
Conduct thorough due diligence for various transactions.
Handle mergers and acquisitions, project finance, structured finance, real estate finance, and cross-border deals.
Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership with the Florida Bar.
5+ years of experience in finance, real estate, and corporate transactions.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Recognized achievements in the legal field are a plus.
