Senior Cost Accountant / Manager at 4C Connect, Inc.

Outstanding opportunity for a Senior cost accountant / manager position for a $14B stable and growing international company that is in the midst of a significant acquisition. This position is highly visible and will be very involved in the day to day operations of this acquisition as well as engaging with management. The title is a little misleading because of the high company visibility. As such, it is a great growth opportunity. Total compensation is $120-140k and benefits are competitive. It is a hybrid position with a culture of good work / life balance.

Responsibilities include involvement with acquisition integration, overseeing cost accounting activities, analyzing financial data, preparing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance.


Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Manufacturing and cost accounting experience required
• Work experience in a manufacturing or plant environment
• Proven ability to identify/implement process improvements
• Working knowledge of SAP and cost methodology
