Job Summary: Responsible for the overall management of high acuity crisis programing, dedicated to the delivery of intensive crisis residential and respite service to adults and children experiencing a behavioral health crisis. Leads multi-site crisis locations and oversees program staff.

Due to continued growth in our Case Management department, we are seeking a Case Manager for clients in Hennepin, Anoka, & Dakota Counties. Office locations are in Bloomington and Chanhassen.
An array of services: Adult Day Services, Contracted Case Management, Community Supports, over 30 Residential Homes, Respite, Therapeutic Recreation, Training for Guardians & Families, and a unique therapeutic Summer Camp for Youth with Autism. Our Metro Crisis Coordination Program (MCCP) offers a safety net of crucial and cost-effective services for adults and children.
Salary Range: $75,000-$95,000

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides general oversight for existing crisis residential programs
- Initiates new program development and operationalizes new crisis locations
- Develops, monitors, and implements policies and procedures, assuring program compliance
- Provides professional clinical level supervision to program staff, including coaching, training, and in-person support at various program locations
- Applies clinical behavioral interventions, working with all members of the client care team
- Assures safe and healthy living environment, creating and directing care around individual crisis needs
- Assures quality services for each client, tracking intervention outcomes, monitoring success, and makes adjustments as needed
- Provides oversight to program budgets, balancing program needs and fiscal sustainability
- Collects, organizes, and presents program performance data, focusing team on desired outcomes
- Collaborates and problem solves with program partners at the local, county, and state level
- Provides support to and intervenes in program crises
- Performs other duties as assigned. Must work the days and hours necessary to complete all program responsibilities.
- Masters degree or higher in behavioral health related field, LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP strongly preferred
- Bachelors degree in human services related field
- 5 or more years’ experience in the provision of crisis services for those with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities
- Must pass all required background checks
- Must possess a valid drivers license and have access to reliable transportation
