Location: Cincinnati, OH - Must reside in Ohio
Travel : 10%
Pay: 73,000-117,300.00
What you will do
The Senior Customer Development Analyst is an essential role to improving the partnership with the customer by providing category solutions and insights that drive profitable omni category growth.
This role will be responsible for supporting our business through the following-
• Actively uncover business opportunities with deep-dive analytics using various resources including, but not limited to- Retailer POS data, Syndicated Data (Nielsen/IRI), Marketplace and HH Panel Assessments to independently discern trends and provide insights-based recommendations to deliver sales objectives.
• Integrate Omni-channel initiatives into analysis of business results. Uncover transformational Omni Category insights and solutions for our customers / shoppers / consumers that deliver on critical metrics for instore and online.
• Lead category presentations at assigned customers.
• Develop assortment optimization recommendations for online and in-store by providing shopper, category, brand and/or customer insights.
• Collaborate with Customer Development Managers to evolve promotional plans, evaluate the impact of pricing and track competitive activity to unlock internal and external growth opportunities.
• Support efforts to continue to build customer relationships. Work with internal partners to provide voice of customer to craft our go to market initiatives and to provide an understanding of the external marketplace.
• Find opportunities to deliver on strategic seasonal priorities for the business. Develop, utilize, and share best practices to improve functional efficiency and accuracy of findings and recommendations.
• Ensure that data is organized, reported and error-free when devising data sets through careful review and refinement prior to running analytical tests. Align with company policy and procedures at all times.

Qualifications
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of prior experience in customer sales, category insights/management, analytics, shopper marketing/insights, or related field in a consumer products environment is required.
• Prior experience preferred with syndicated data, such as Nielsen or IRI Circana is preferred. Intermediate to Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required
• Prior Health and Beauty Care (HBC) category experience is preferred
• Prior experience with JDA or other space planning software is preferred
• Prior experience using Kroger data tools and systems is preferred (Stratum/ 84.51)
• Ability to assess, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from sales and customer data is required
• Ability to craft impactful presentations to explain recommendations and findings of analyses, resources, and studies are required
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

What's in it for you
• Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $73,000.00 to $117,300.00.This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
