This position requires access to our export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, and services. These items are restricted under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) to U.S. Citizens, Lawful Permanent Residents of the U.S., and properly licensed foreign persons. To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a i) a U.S. citizen or national, ii) U.S. lawful permanent resident (aka green card holder), iii) refugee under 8 U.S.C. §1157, or iv) asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be a properly licensed foreign person. Therefore, employment is contingent on compliance with ITAR regulations and successfully obtaining and maintaining the necessary export authorization license from the U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) or U.S. Department of State Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC). Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence and completion of regular weekly and daily activities.
- Management and coordination of the Customer Service Team activities.
- Primary administrator for selected Key Accounts
- Performance of twice-yearly Performance Reviews for the Customer Service Team.
- Monitor performance of the Customer Service Team Scorecard.
- Order Processing, including Purchase Order review and order tracking
- Quotation processing in support of the Sales Team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Provide timely communications with customers to provide availability, shipping, and order status.
- Maintain and update customer data as required.
- Associate Degree in Business or 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn and navigate new software systems quickly
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
