About the Job
As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in managing and resolving customer inquiries, issues, and requests.
Duties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Assist Sale's with inventory, AP, and AR.
- Entering orders and supporting documents for inventory.
- Manage and resolve complex customer issues and complaints, coordinating with other departments as necessary to ensure swift resolution.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product lines, manufacturing processes, and industry standards to effectively address customer needs.
- Answer phones to answer any questions customers or clients have.
Requirements
- 5+ years of manufacturing support experience is required.
- Experience managing sale's accounts receivables, account payables, and inventory.
- Answer day to day questions customers have.
- Experience with Sage 100 is a plus.
