JOB SUMMARY
Vaco Technology is currently seeking a Project Manager (D365 Implementation / Migration) for a 6M C2H located in Addison, TX 75001 (2-3 days onsite per week). The Project Manager (D365 Implementation / Migration) will lead, oversee, and ensure the successful delivery and management of multiple enterprise software implementation projects that involves dynamic change management for successful project delivery. The Project Manager (D365 Implementation / Migration) will possess a strong understanding of Enterprise Business Applications (ERP / CRM / HCM) and SCRUM / Agile principals and practices. The Project Manager (D365 Implementation / Migration) will work with, drive change, and support cross-functional teams (Software Developers / BAs / Stakeholders, etc.) to implement and enhance business applications implementing and utilizing the Agile framework.
- Identify / Schedule Project Deliverables / Milestones / Tasks, etc.
- Lead / Motivate the Project Teams Throughout the Project Lifecycle
- Formally / Informally Collaborate Closely with Internal / External Project Managers
- Perform Risk Assessments / Implement Migration Plans
- Facilitate Translation of Business Needs into Functional Requirements / Transition Business Requirements to Solution Delivery Team – Ensuring Clear / Complete Understanding of Requirements
- Effectively Manage Organizational Change / Training / Testing / Data Migration / Cutover, etc.
- Implement Project Plans / Conduct Weekly Status/Stakeholder Meetings with Business Customers / Prepare/Present Status Reports
- Align with Internal Audit Team to Ensure All Required Documentation is Gathered
- Monitor Project Activities – Ensure Currency / Quality / Integrity | Providing Look/Feel Content Consistency Across the Enterprise
- Ensure Project Goals are Accomplished / Align with Business Objectives
- Direct / Coordinate Project Team Activities – Ensuring Project Progresses on Schedule / Within Budget
- Establish Standards / Procedures for Project Reporting / Documentation
- Continuously Benchmark PM Performance – Identify Improvements / Achieve Higher Capability in Project / Portfolio Management
- Coach Teams to Facilitate Adoption of / Improvement in Agile Methodologies – Ensuring Adoption of Standards/Best Practices for Agile | Facilitate Sprint / Release Planning Sessions / Agile Ceremonies
- Challenge Existing Workflows / Processes – Remove Impediments to Agile Teams Success
- Facilitate Transition to a Continuous Delivery Model / Adoption of Agile Mindset Across Stakeholders
- Interface with Project Sponsors / Key Stakeholders / Project Teams (Designated Users / SMEs) / Business Units (Management / Executives) / BAs / Developers / External Service Providers / Consultants

- Agile / SCRUM / Waterfall Methodologies / Frameworks
PREFERRED (not required)
- PMP / Agile / CSM / PSM Certification
- Manufacturing Industry Experience
