Senior Data/ Analyst/contract/remote at CPSCOMTECH INC.

1)     Leadership and facilitation skills

1. This DA will need to lead calls with the customer without much Presidio support.  The goal of these calls is for the BA to find out what the customer needs, what the data requirements are.  They will need to facilitate and lead, since the customer needs a large amount of hand holding
2. Looking for super-seasoned, senior BA that can drive and lead on their own, providing structure and guidance to the customer
3. Need a DA experienced with leading business analysis conversations and documenting the learnings

2)     Data Modeling skills and experience

1. The DA will need to document the requirements they uncover from the customer discussions, in addition to documenting the data models required to support these requirements

3)     Strong documentation skills, written and also experience with templates, charts and models

1. Need to document the requirements in written form and also create templates and diagrams as needed
2. For each customer meeting the DA must come with structure, a template of the information needed, questions to be asked (if possible).  Meetings must have structure and something the client can view to engage and focus on.

4)     Agile development process experience

1. Experience with JIRA
2. Experience writing Epics and User Stories

5)     Experience working in Cloud projects is nice to have, not mandatory

6)     Must have SQL experience
