Compensation: $95,000 - 107,000

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Data Analyst to join their team!

This exciting opportunity involves analyzing and transforming data into meaningful insights that drive impactful business decisions. The ideal candidate will bring technical skills in Python, SQL, and Power BI, as well as confidence in presenting data insights to senior leadership. This role is ideal for someone experienced and technically skilled in creating compelling data visualizations that support strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, query, and analyze data to provide insights that inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with business units to define metrics and key performance indicators, then develop data visualizations and dashboards to present findings.
• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership, addressing questions and guiding strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, including proficiency in Power BI with strong DAX functions and table relationships.
• Extensive SQL skills for data querying and data warehouse experience for data extraction.
• Proficiency with Power Query, MS Excel (xlookup, index, pivot tables, conditional functions).
• Experience creating professional, easily interpreted dashboards and data visualizations tailored for executive review.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Background in Python for data manipulation and analytics.
• Ability to confidently engage stakeholders and senior leadership during data presentations.
• Familiarity with automated reporting tools and integrating data from various sources.
