Senior Data Analyst - Product Focus - Datalign Advisory Inc.

As a Senior Data Analyst at Datalign Advisory, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our products through deep data analysis and insights. You will lead high-impact analytics initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and tackle a wide range of projects. While your primary focus will be on driving product growth and optimization, your technical expertise will allow you to contribute to various other business areas, helping to shape strategic decisions across the organization. Key Responsibilities:1. Product Analytics Leadership:- Analyze product performance data to identify key growth opportunities, improve user engagement, and enhance product features.- Drive data-driven decision making for product development, partnering with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to align insights with business objectives. - Develop robust product performance metrics and ensure they are consistently tracked, analyzed, and improved.2. Advanced Data Solutions: - Lead complex analytics projects using advanced data science techniques, including AI and machine learning, to extract deeper insights and predict future trends.- Identify opportunities to implement automation in analytics processes, reducing manual work and improving the speed and accuracy of reporting.3. User Engagement & Optimization:- Conduct in-depth analyses on user behavior, retention strategies, and conversion funnels, delivering recommendations to improve user experience and optimize traffic growth. – Lead A/B testing initiatives and other experimentation frameworks to validate hypotheses and refine product features.4. Strategic Reporting & Communication: - Develop and present high-level, data-driven reports and insights for senior management, stakeholders, and external partners.- Influence strategic decisions across multiple business areas by clearly communicating complex data in a way that is understandable and actionable for non-technical teams.
