Title: Senior Data Analytics Engineer

POSITION SUMMARY
- Our client is looking for a highly motivated, and experienced SeniorDataAnalyticsEngineerto provide quality and performant data modeling and visualizations solutions to our cross functional business units which represent the mantra, Business First; Technology Second. You will join a results- oriented team and participate in the design, implementation, maintenance and support of our modernized data platform to enable the business to make better, more informed decisions. This is a key role in the Data Analytics team and will work closely with Enterprise Data Analysts, Data Platform Engineers, Data Governance Team within Enterprise Data Management Org. In this role you will help define, develop and implement solutions and provide services for the enterprise applications. Some of the Projects you will work on including but not limited to:
- Build Data products to elevate and enable our America's Executive DTC (Direct to consumer)
- Leadership and Product Team.
- Enterprise Top Dashboard: Build out the management reporting layer, identifying and developing the cleint's Top management dashboards. To transform our client into a more data driven organization, enabling faster and better decision making and reducing the reliance on manual, labor intense reporting.
- End to End Planning Transformation Project.
- Proven ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
- Exceptional team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and committed to meeting deadlines
- Deep analytical, planning and problem-solving skills are required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a self-starter, proactive and possess the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Information model development and data warehousing or Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a degree to include similar major.
- Fundamental data architecture and design skills
- Excellent knowledge of SQL and strong data transformation skill.
- 3 years of Experience in design and development of analytical queries, reports and visualizations utilizing the Tableau Platform.
- 3 years of Experience with dbt or similar data orchestration tool.
- 2 years of Experience working in CICD framework.
- 3 years of Experience with Snowflake VWH and data modeling.
- Familiarity with HVR replication or similar tools for data ingestion.
- Demonstrated knowledge* of:
- Python and SQL programming.
- Fundamental data architecture and design
- SQL and strong data transformation
- Not Required but DBT/Snowflake certification
- Enjoy working with emerging technologies.
- Comfortable with language barriers or constraints; bilingual language skills are a plus
- Travel: IE- 5-10% of the year
- Program Experience: IE- Microsoft Suite, Adobe, Sprinklr
- Licenses/Certifications
