Position Overview: The Senior Data Conversion Analyst is a newly created position, and a key leader in the transition and conversion of data from the legacy partner agency management systems to the Patriot Growth Insurance Services use of the Applied Epic platform. This role requires extensive work experience in data conversion, and the technical acumen to ensure smooth data transitions.

Work Arrangement: This is a full-time, newly created, remote position, but with a strong preference for a candidate with an East Coast presence. Qualified candidates will need to possess access to high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Professional Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee data conversion projects for the Applied Epic platform, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business processes
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand data structures and conversion requirements specific to Applied Epic
• Develop and implement detailed data mapping and transformation rules tailored to insurance agency operations using Applied Epic
• Execute and supervise data cleansing, validation, and conversion tasks with a focus on maintaining data quality and consistency within the Applied Epic platform
• Document and maintain all data conversion procedures and maintain detailed records of data changes and system updates within Applied Epic
• Coordinate with Applied Systems and internal IT teams to troubleshoot conversion issues and optimize conversion processes
• Train and mentor junior team members on the Applied Epic platform configuration and provide ongoing support during and after the conversion process

Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least 5 years of work experience in data conversion, specifically with the Applied Epic platform in the insurance industry
• Strong working knowledge of data requirements used within Applied Epic data platform
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and data mapping techniques
• Proven project management experience and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite tools
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and senior stakeholders
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now and in the future

Pay Range: $75,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

A wide salary range is posted for this position and any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to comply with the required state pay transparency law. The salary analysis considers relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
