Senior Data Scientist - ARFA Solutions, LLC

ARFA Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading data-driven projects that leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling to uncover insights and drive business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and contribute to the overall strategy of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement complex data models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and industry trends.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data science methodologies and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data science or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong background in statistical analysis, model validation, and evaluation techniques.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib) to present findings effectively.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant certifications in data science or machine learning are a plus.
