Your opportunity
As a Sr. Diversity, Equity Inclusion (DEI) Manager, you will play a pivotal role in operationalizing our global DE&I strategy. This highly collaborative position works closely with key partners including HR (such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Operations and Total Rewards), Responsibility, Marketing and Communications, Legal and Compliance, Reporting and Analytics, the executive committee, and business units.
+ Collaborate with the Head of DEI and HR to establish and implement a comprehensive DEI strategy that aligns with the company's mission, values, and business objectives.
+ Lead the creation of innovative DEI programs and initiatives to foster an inclusive work environment.
+ Collaborate with HR to incorporate DEI standard methodologies into recruitment, hiring, retention, and professional development programs.
+ Lead and support employee resource groups (ERGs), providing mentorship on planning, budgeting, and achieving specific objectives.
+ Collaborate with internal and external collaborators to improve DEI efforts and visibility throughout the organization and the community.
+ Analyze, develop, and regularly assess the company's DEI efforts, strategy, and communications, reporting progress and challenges to senior leadership.
+ Design and facilitate DEI training and awareness programs for employees at all levels within the organization.
+ Act as a key liaison for strategic DEI partnerships with external organizations, effectively managing and communicating partnership resources, commitments, and event calendars to enhance the organization's DEI initiatives and visibility.
+ Collaborate with partners to meet or exceed employment legislation requirements, including EEOC, and leverage data analytics to drive or expand programs.
+ Organize enterprise-wide events focused on DEI.
+ Carry out other duties as assigned.

Must have skills
+ 5-7 years of relevant work experience in DEI, Human Resources, leadership development/learning, organizational development, consulting, or a related field.
+ Strategic problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of DEI principles, relevant laws, and regulations.
+ Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and engage a diverse workforce.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data informed decisions and measure impact.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience facilitating training sessions and presenting to senior leadership.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
+ Commitment to confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information.
+ Ability to work independently yet collaboratively with willingness and receptivity to feedback, coaching, mentoring as well as offering the same.
+ Ability to develop solid relationships with key partners.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) and competence in using a wide range of office and audio-visual technology.
Nice to have skills
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
+ Undergraduate/graduate degree in management, human resources, law, or a related field.

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $125,000-$135,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This role will rermain open through October 30, 2024. Colorado law requires an estimated closing date for job postings. Please don't be discouraged from applying if you see this date has passed.

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
