To continue our growth, Akraya is actively seeking a Senior Delivery Manager/Associate Delivery Director to lead and manage our expanding Recruiting Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of MSP/VMS-based IT staffing accounts, coordinating with Account Directors in the USA, and ensuring exceptional client engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Account & Delivery Management:
- Oversee a portfolio of key ADM accounts, ensuring all client SLAs are met with precision and efficiency.
- Coordinate with Account Directors in the USA to align recruitment strategies with client expectations.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume MSP/VMS accounts, Direct clients ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates.
- Lead efforts in client communication, troubleshooting, and relationship building to foster long-term partnerships.
- Develop and implement robust recruitment strategies to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Utilize your 12+ years of experience in US IT staffing to guide your team in achieving recruitment goals.
- Leverage your expertise in screening and assessing candidates, ensuring only top talent is presented to clients.
- Lead a team of Account Delivery Managers , recruiters, providing mentorship, coaching, and development to enhance their performance.
- Ensure effective allocation and prioritization of resources to meet client needs.
- Drive a culture of excellence and accountability within the team, promoting continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless delivery and client engagement.
- 12+ years of experience in US IT staffing, with at least 6+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in managing MSP/VMS-based accounts, with a proven track record of successful delivery.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
