Senior Demand Generation Manager - env0

env0 is looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to join our fast-growing team in our Boston office.

In this key role, you will lead marketing operations, drive demand, optimize lead flow, and nurture strategies, working closely with Sales and Product teams on integrated campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

As the budget owner and vendor manager, you’ll refine existing campaign activities, introduce new initiatives, and expand our top-of-the-funnel efforts to boost inbound pipeline generation.

• Own marketing operations end-to-end, from dashboarding to lead flow, MarTech stack, etc. 
• Drive all digital lead gen activities (PPC, email campaigns, vendor discovery, etc.)
• Manage the Marketing Calendar, and use it to steer a unified outbound/inbound campaign motion 
• Work with the SDR team to scale up lead nurture to maximize revenue opportunities
• Collaborate with Customer Success to boost expansion across strategic accounts
• Provide ops and demand gen support for virtual and physical events
• Coach internal teams on the best practices for demand generation, lead handling, outreach, and more.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in demand generation. (B2D/DevOps tools background is a plus.)
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth via relevant channels
• An entertainer who uses creativity to make technology engaging and fun
• A detail-oriented person who can see how to construct a massive building from small bricks and stones
• A hands-on builder who gets stuff done
