YOUR DAY AS A SENIOR DENTAL OFFICE MANAGER

This office management position enjoys a work-life-balanced schedule of Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.

As a Senior Dental Office Manager, you are an essential member of a collaborative and hard-working team. Each day, you work closely with staff to ensure optimal patient care and customer service are met. You manage scheduling, treatment planning, and patient complaints, always prioritizing quality service and patient satisfaction. Working in tandem with HR, you assess and resolve any employee issues that arise with the goal of maintaining a supportive environment that helps everyone thrive. Keeping the practice running smoothly is your job, but it's also your passion. You love serving a diverse group of customers and dentistry staff!

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of office management experience in a dental practice
• Excellent communication skills
