Senior Desktop/Onsite Support Analyst at Genesis10

Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Desktop/Onsite Support Analyst for a twelve-month contract possible contract to hire position at our financial services client in Lake Mary, FL. This is an onsite role requiring 5 days a week onsite.

Summary
Provide onsite support (including new joiner onboarding, break/fix, smart hands support for collaboration spaces, Tech Express) for the Lake Mary office (600+ users) as part of the Production Services operating model.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to all IT-related activities and initiatives, including guidance, assistance, coordination, and follow-up on IT problems and ensures resolution.
• Provides guidance, assistance, coordination, and follow-up on problems and ensures resolution.
• Provides support to a specific group of customers on applications, infrastructure, and technology related activities for small projects.
• Works with application developers and operations to support production applications and customer-specific operations.
• Trains customers on new products, applications, and platforms.
• Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.
