This position will include a high degree of interaction with business and operations units to understand the functional needs of the users of the system as well as the various technology teams, which are responsible for integration points with the solutions.Responsibilities: Excellent communication skills, team player with a positive attitude and ability to operate across multiple technical disciplinesTriaging and troubleshooting production issuesEffective analytic/diagnostic skillsResearching and implementing ways to automate the management of our infrastructureA strong desire to understand complex systems and how to troubleshoot and make them highly availableAbility to work with virtual / in-person teams, and work under pressure / to a deadlineExperience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferredAbility to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audienceQualifications:5 plus years of relevant experience in an engineering roleExperience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, OpenShift)Fundamental understanding of Kubernetes operatorsUnderstanding of Docker, CrioExposure in large scale infrastructure platform experienceExperience working with Ansible Playbook and Ansible TowerExperience with Python, GO and shell scriptingExperience with developing infrastructure as code using TerraformPublic cloud engineering/architecture experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) a plusCloud Foundry (IBM, VMWare) experience is a plusExperience managing or supporting a virtualized environment (vSphere, NSX)Strong understanding of Security and Risk MitigationExperience with Splunk and dashboard creationExperience working in an agile environment (Jira, Confluence)Experience writing technical documentationWorking knowledge of CI/CD (Artifactory / Jenkins / Harness)Working knowledge of Git (GitHub or Bitbucket - pull requests, branching, tagging, etc.)Education:Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experienceAdditional information may be found at | Twitter: @Citi | YouTube: | Blog: | Facebook: | LinkedIn: .------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Technology------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Systems & Engineering------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:Irving Texas United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$125,760.00 - $188,640.00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards
