Your Role
- Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, SEO, email marketing, online display, and web/mobile initiatives.
- Collaborate with the team to define success metrics, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns.
- Manage significant paid search engagements, leveraging expertise in organic vs. paid search, optimization, and smart bidding.
- Develop and execute effective email marketing programs, focusing on list building, automation, A/B testing, and reporting.
- Identify content opportunities to promote clients' brands.
- Improve processes for collecting and analyzing campaign performance data.
- Collaborate with UX/UI, design, and development teams on web/mobile projects.
- Provide expert digital marketing counsel to internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies.
Your Role
- 5-7 years of experience managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Marketing Platform products (Ads, Analytics, Optimize, Trends, Search Console, Keyword Planner).
- Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications preferred.
- Proven SEO expertise and experience with website optimization.
- Commitment to producing high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with content management systems, email service providers, and HTML code.
- Experience working with nonprofits, government, and digital fundraising a plus.
- PMP, Scrum or CSM a plus.
