The Job
We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Managerto partner with a cross-functional marketing team to support the execution and optimization of full-funnel marketing programs. You will be responsible for driving awareness, engagement and conversions through a variety of digital campaigns, with the ultimate focus on pipeline. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools, trends and strategies to manage and optimize marketing digital execution. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, has strong organization skills, is an excellent collaborator and communicator and takes their work seriously but not themselves.
Your Day-to-Day Role
- Oversee the tracking, analysis, and optimization of our website in order to drive growth for the business
- Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize website elements, such as headlines, images, and call-to-action buttons, to improve conversion rates
- Gather actionable insights from large data-sets and testing results
- Drive the strategy and build multiple evergreen nurture tracks for different lifecycle stages, personas and ecosystems.
- Optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates and user experience.
- Analyze the conversion funnel to identify and eliminate barriers to conversion.
- Provide strategic, audience-centric recommendations for improving website performance
- Optimize marketing campaigns (e.g., email, social media ads, PPC) to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to build and execute a digital plan to hit aggressive monthly & quarterly MQL and pipeline goals.
- Partner with our Paid advertising and SEO agency on the development of keyword lists, ad copy, creative, asset optimization and reporting for campaigns.
- Monitor and report on digital performance and optimize channels, budget, creative, assets, content and other campaign components for conversion goals.
- Design and build a testing and optimization roadmap in partnership with Creative, Demand, and Product to ensure conversion optimization from our key target audiences.
- Evaluate the competitive landscape and identify opportunities to win across digital channels.
- Measure and report on campaign and channel performance and manage stakeholder communication
Your Work Experience
- 5+ years digital marketing experience within a fast-paced B2B space
- A growth mindset – always making improvements, trying new things, rolling with changes, and a can-do attitude
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, global environment. Able to effectively manage competing priorities; think and act proactively, and creatively solve problems.
- Demonstrated strong B2B digital experience
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Data, analytics and ROI are at the core of every digital strategy you build
- Proven success managing multi-channel digital campaign strategy, execution and optimization strategies.
- Basic knowledge of performance marketing channels: Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Email, SEO
- Proficient in excel, web analytics and conversion tools i.e., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Salesforce, Optimizely and key social media platforms, including LinkedIn
- Experience with sophisticated advertising platforms i.e., Metadata.io, Terminus or 6Sense a plus
Important Details
This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office a minimum of 3 days per week to maximize collaboration and interaction with the business.
