Job Title: Senior Digital and Predictive Analyst
Location(s): Orlando, FL
Summary:
In this role, this resource would help working with large, disparate data-sets , work with multiple data environments / tools, and become a subject matter expert with data and source systems used within various lines of business.
Responsibilities:
• Behavioral analysis of website and/or mobile app usage across full digital ecosystem including transactional commerce flows and content consumption
• Emphasis on friction point and journey analysis in support of experience improvement, personal development, demand and conversion optimization questions
• Potentially participate in predictive analytics deliverables including data exploration and feature development
• Ability to independently coordinate with Cast resources, effectively communicate analytical methods and synthesize findings
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in analytical/quantitative field – e.g. statistics, economics, mathematics, marketing analytics, engineering, etc
• 6+ years of analytical and digital experience in relevant field
• Primarily utilize Adobe toolsets (Workspace, CJA, etc.), but ability to work with raw and aggregate data in SQL would be ideal
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:
• Proficiency in , R, and/or Python programming languages
• Interest in machine learning and artificial intelligence
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous business environment
• Ability to deliver work on-time
• Team player mentality
• “Get stuff done” approach
• Attentiveness to detail
• Desire to learn and grow with an organization
• Experience in hospitality and media industry is an advantage
