Position Summary :
The role of Senior Sales Director within Ensono’s Global Client Engagement organization involves overseeing the expansion of key Ensono accounts. This position holds responsibility for strategic client relationships, aiming to utilize company resources effectively to ensure client success, address satisfaction issues, and manage renewals and potential risks or opportunities. As a trusted advisor, the Sales Director’s objective is to foster long-term client commitment to Ensono.
The Senior Sales Director is a key leader within the base accounts sales segment, which focuses on growing and retaining existing Ensono clients. The Sales Director will manage a team of sales associates who are responsible for identifying new opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The Sales Director will also coach and mentor the sales associates, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service and value propositions. The Sales Director will work closely with other Ensono leaders and departments, such as delivery, finance, legal, and marketing, to coordinate account strategies and ensure alignment with the company’s goals and values.
What You Will Do:
+ Participate with senior management to establish strategic plans and objectives.
+ Effectively cascade functional strategy and contribute to attainment of strategic sales objectives.
+ Work on complex client issues where problems are not clearly defined.
+ Translate business segment strategy into functional plans and guide execution.
+ Interact with senior management, executives, and/or major clients which frequently involves negotiating matters of significance; reconcile multiple stakeholder views to drive business results.
+ Direct the activities of the sales segment; lead team to solve complex client issues and drive deals closure.
+ Ensure forecasting accuracy and accountability.

Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
+ 12+ years of sales management experience.
+ Demonstrable experience in enterprise-scale solution selling
+ Understanding of the managed services marketplace – key players, competitive strengths and weaknesses etc.
+ Experience of working in a matrixed sales environment
+ Extensive experience of successfully navigating mid and large sized enterprises to drive IT and business-led opportunity creation
+ Strong management skills and business acumen
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Master’s degree preferred.
+ Centrally located in the U.S.
Travel: Up to 50% of the time to client sites and Ensono office at Downers Grove, IL.
