Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Review and monitor all banking fees and rates on a regular basis
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal business partners and all banking partners
- Act as business development liaison between our direct operations and our banking partners by making introductions to our operations executives and coordinating meetings
- Ensure that the Company has strong internal controls relating to operating, escrow banking and related treasury management procedures
- Engage in other treasury-related projects as needed, and maintain the operating effectiveness of assigned internal controls
- Responsible for managing a team and overseeing work to ensure proper escrow accounting processes are executed
- Provides leadership and direction through managers, supervisors and/or individual contributors
- Accountable for the performance and results of a function/sub-function, division/region
- Executes business plans and contributes to the development of business strategy
- Decisions are guided by business unit or regional strategy and priorities
- Applies broad industry knowledge and business acumen to drive financial performance
- Has broad impact on the functional, divisional or regional results
- Directs the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems applying advanced critical thinking
- Persuades and negotiates with senior leaders across the business
- Leads through subordinate managers; contributes to the development of functional/ operational long-term strategy and develops annual business plans to ensure alignment
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance - Preferred Master's degree inBusiness/Finance.
- Possession of a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)certificate.
Experience
- Typically requires 10+ years of related work experience
- Proficient in treasury management systems, products andapplications.
- Business development with bankingpartners.
