Senior Director, Federal Health Growth and Delivery - Maximus Services, LLC

The Senior Director of Federal Health Growth and Delivery is a key member of the Technology and Consulting Services (TCS) Federal Health Leadership Team and is responsible for growth for a multi-million-dollar portfolio. The role reports directly to the TCS Digital and Health Managing Director and collaborates with the Federal Health Market Leader for growth. The individual will be expected to develop trusted relationships within federal agencies that support innovative technology, modernization, and systems integration projects

The main area of focus will be working across the TCS Federal Health market to support go-to-market strategic initiatives, and drive revenue expansion within the Health agencies that focus on health IT growth initiatives. As a Senior Leader within TCS Federal Health, this position will require collaboration across TCS Technology Focused Competencies while developing and maintaining senior Government relationships to expand TCS's business into adjacent and new Health organizations.

What What You Will Do:

• Oversee aspects of the P&L, including business development interaction with Federal Line of Business Leaders, sales, business development, growth, etc. with a major focus on organic growth in new adjacent, and existing markets; leading TCS Federal Health technology consulting delivery projects, client engagement and relationship management.

• Aid in the development and execution of the TCS technical agenda in the Federal Health market.

• Aid in the development of TCS Federal Health philosophies, direction, values, and operational policies.

• Responsible for the integration of growth initiatives with Health Market leaders.

• Ensure Maximus TCS Federal Health is well positioned to successfully respond to significant Federal Requests for Proposals, with wins against major competitors.

• Provide strategic advice to TCS Digital and Health leadership, from both substantive and political perspectives, regarding Health - - Agency issues and business opportunities.

• Lead or participate in the development of responses to Requests for Information, Requests for Proposals, and other procurement-related activities emanating from Health government agencies.

• Understand the priorities and initiatives of the Administration, with an ability to position TCS Federal Health products and services effectively in the Health environment.

• Ensure Maximus TCS Federal Health programs and initiatives are effective and conform to the overall goals and objectives of the Federal Health clients served by Maximus.

• Develop strategies and associated tactics to win large complex programs.
• Evolve TCS Federal Health from BPO into technology consulting solutions and services.

Required Skills or Qualifications:

• 15+ years of relevant experience in the following areas: General Management, Program Management of complex Health IT programs and operations, including the implementation of major operations in short timeframes, management of combined direct and matrix workforce with a wide range of job functions and skill sets in mid-to large organizations.

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or equivalent work experience. An advanced degree is preferred.

• Ability to quickly establish themselves as a trusted advisor and team member to the TCS Executive Managing Director and the other members of the TCS leadership team.

• Possess the necessary stature and credibility within the broad government health ecosystem to operate at the highest levels within key customer organizations and influence policy and requirements around key programs central to Maximus's future success.

• Strategic knowledge and leadership of where future investments in the health IT sector will make the most impact.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay Transparency

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
