About the Job
- Senior Director will develop and manage the company's compensation strategy on a global scale
- Overseeing salary structures, incentive programs
- Create and maintain compensation policies and guidelines
- Ensure compliance
- Design and manage global salary structures, job grading systems and pay equity initiatives
- Evaluate and recommend changes to base pay, variable pay and other compensation components
- As a Senior Director, you will collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement performance-based compensation programs
- Budget Management
- Team Leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred
- 15+ years of experience in Human Resources with at least 10+ plus years of progressive global broad-based compensation management with experience working with executive leadership on strategies and investments that will meet function and business objectives
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
