This is a hybrid role based 3 days per week in Sleepy Hollow, NY. Fully remote work is not possible. This job cannot be based in Basking Ridge, NJ.
The Senior Director, Global Marketing will be responsible for global strategic and tactical planning forupper respiratory and gastroenterology indications (chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps, eosinophilic esophagitis and related new indications). Primary responsibility is to lead development of global marketing strategy for these indications and drive execution of global marketing projects. The role has an emphasis on co-developing and supporting country level strategy and understanding drivers of performance across all markets. In addition, the role is engaged in key brand initiatives and planning for upcoming indications (in close collaboration with the US and international teams and alliance partners.)
In a typical day, you will:
- Lead development and execution of Global strategy to optimize positioning in these indications
- Be the champion for the ENT/rhinology and gastroenterology specialties, with in depth knowledge of each HCP specialty and indication area. Leverage customer understanding and insights to build successful marketing strategies and plans
- Work closely within the Alliance commercialization team, including market research, market access, HEOR, medical affairs, to synthesize and articulate a clear understanding of customer needs and market trends as well as brand strategy
- Collaborate closely with Regeneron international and US markets to ensure strategic alignment/input, share best practices, and ensure successful execution.
- Co-create strategy and materials with markets, collaboration partners and other key functional counterparts to ensure successful new indication launch planning
- Lead market development strategy and execution across ENT/Rhinology and gastroenterology, identifying and working closely with Key Scientific Experts & Expert panels to build compelling value proposition in line with brand strategy.
- Provide insights and strategic input to decision making including acting as the Global commercial indication expert in alliance commercial meetings, pricing committee discussions, Joint Review Committee meetings and labeling working groups as needed.
- Lead indication relevant strategy and interactions with global advertising agency and other vendors (as needed)
- Develop compelling marketing / promotion and scientific support materials (in conjunction with collaboration and agency partners) to improve disease state awareness and build impactful educational campaigns and branded materials.
- Plan and lead commercial presence and participation in relevant Global/US scientific congresses and conferences.
- Lead global strategic and tactical brand planning for CRSwNP and EoE indications
To be considered, you must have:
- Bachelors Degree required; advanced degree (MBA or PhD) strongly preferred
- 15 years of in-house Pharmaceutical/Life Science industry experience with 10+ years of pharmaceutical commercial/marketing experience required.
- Track record of developing prelaunch/launch strategies, tactics, and budgets. Global marketing experience, with focus on international (EU/Can/JP) & US markets is required
- Experience in respiratory, allergy, gastroenterology and/or immunology marketing a plus.
- Alliance / co-promotion experience preferred; experience with monoclonal antibodies / injectable medications a plus
Frequent travel is required (30%+ including weekend travel as needed).

Salary Range (annually)
$208,700.00 - $347,800.00
