Reporting to the SVP & Chief Human Resources Officer, this role will play a critical, strategic and highly involved role as a member of HR leadership team. This role will partner and interact with COO, CFO, CHRO and other members of the Sr. Leadership/Executive team with responsibility for ensuring alignment of Corporate (ABG, All Brands Group) human resources strategies and CCL strategies, and ensuring coordinated execution. In addition, this role will drive critical tactical initiatives in answer to and anticipation of business challenges. Experience in a corporate setting with a matrix reporting structure required.
Essential Functions:
- Act as main HR support partner to the Sr. Leaders and Executives within ABG. Provide strategic, proactive, innovative, and forward-thinking people management strategies and solutions. Focus to be placed on the organization’s culture action plan goals
- Responsible for leading the talent acquisition, employee relations and HR Business Partners for ABG. Partner strategically with CCL HR Team to ensure consistency with strategy and execution. Partner with all north America brand HR teams to ensure alignment on strategy and execution of cross brand HR initiatives.
- Drive the development of a strong, effective and respected human resource organization. Ensure an approach that it is confident, strategic, and vital to the organization’s success with a focus on customer support/service.
- Provide strategic and tactical HR leadership to build and sustain a strong culture that supports the organization’s values and operating principles.
- Participate in and provide leadership support for the performance management and career development process; and provide support for the ongoing enhancement of the company’s performance driven compensation, rewards and benefits strategies, ensuring consistency with the company’s performance goals
- Partner closely with the senior management team, HR colleagues, employees and leaders at all levels on HR and employee centric initiatives.
- Responsible for assisting with HR budget and forecasting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field of study
- A minimum of 15 years of business experience and 10 years human resources experience in a corporate setting, gained in part at a sizable, global organization.
- Solid business leader with demonstrated success in the human resources function; must be accustomed to working in a high energy, innovative, fast-paced organization while successfully managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Must possess a solid understanding of HR practices, business issues and related employment laws. Strong persuasion skills to elicit change and build consensus
- MS Office Suite, HR Systems
- In addition to other duties/functions, this position requires full commitment and support for promoting ethical and compliant culture. More specifically, this position requires integrity, honesty, and respectful treatment of others, as well as a willingness to speak up when they see misconduct or have concerns
