As our Senior Director of Finance, you'll be at the forefront of our financial strategy, driving profitability and ensuring our financial objectives align with our ambitious growth plans. What you'll do
- Lead and oversee all strategic and tactical dimensions of finance, accounting, payroll, and reporting.
- Serve as a key member of the executive team, contributing as an organizational leader in both strategic and tactical realms.
- Manage and guide the existing Finance team of 5+ professionals.
- Establish and uphold best practices for a growing finance operation.
- Track and enhance benchmarks for financial and operational performance.
- Drive the preparation of company-wide financial forecasts and reports for all product lines.
- Assess company financial results, consistently reporting on profits, losses, trends, expenditures, cash flow, and allocations.
- Collaborate with department heads to create and manage budgets, empowering business leaders to adhere to those budgets and forecasts.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, providing necessary reporting.
- Monitor and audit the financial health of the organization, providing oversight and directional guidance on any business deals, transactions, and spending affecting the organization's financial well-being.
- Ensure a reliable system of internal controls is in place, and monitored to ensure funds and assets are used appropriately.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with all required federal, state, local, organizational, and payroll laws and requirements, including but not limited to tax laws, GAAP, FAR, and CAS.
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train staff.

- Perform other responsibilities as required.
Who you are
- 3+ years of financial leadership experience in high-growth, sub-1,000-person companies.
- 2+ years of experience in the SaaS and/or media industries.
- Strong supervisory experience managing lean teams with 3 or more direct reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Expertise in raising capital, acquisitions, and business integrations.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, analysis, and modeling.
- Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward.
- Must be living in Nashville, Tennessee, or willing to relocate.

Salary Range
We seek to hire top-tier individuals and intend for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision. Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.
