Overview of the Senior Director of Finance role:

Manage accounting, budgetary, and financial planning activities for 2 services lines (pharmacy and ambulatory surgery centers)
Develop and maintain strong working relationship with internal stakeholders, providing timely and accurate financial analysis and support
The Sr. Director of Finance will serve as a strategic partner to leadership
Translate data into actionable insights for decision-making and identifying potential risks and opportunities
Provide financial oversight in areas including business development, financing, and ROI analysis, supporting strategic initiatives
Lead budgeting efforts, providing variance analysis and support to operational leaders to ensure efficient and effective processes
Conduct predictive modeling and analysis to evaluate changing regulatory and market forces
Provide financial oversight in reimbursement, completely monthly close schedules and accounting journal entries accurately
