We are seeking a Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”), the Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (“FP&A”) is a critically important role that will be responsible for leading and directing all complex FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidated reporting functions for the Company. This is a highly strategic and analytical position that will be a value-added business partner to the executive leadership team and other functional leaders to help ensure we achieve our strategic and financial objectives. This position will work with the CFO on analysis of financial results including KPI analysis and reporting, monthly financial reviews, and preparation of Board and lender presentations and analyses. This role will also be the “Go-To” resource for the leadership team from a financial strategic perspective and will have considerable interaction with and visibility to the entire Senior Leadership team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively partner with the CFO to identify and drive the organization to achieve strategic, operational, and financial objectives
- Implement a reliable, driver based forecast and budget process that provides visibility to performance drivers and allows us to better understand results and take action as required
- Drive an efficient, effective, and comprehensive process for financial planning and analysis, to include budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting used to create financial statements that translate into actionable insights for the executive team
- Manage all aspects of the annual planning process and ensure that all parts of the business come together in a complementary and unified plan
- Analyze monthly financial results, identifying causes of key variances, conducting ad-hoc analyses, developing remediation plans and incorporating insights into monthly reforecasts
- Prepare monthly and quarterly deliverables including management reporting packages and Board presentations as well as lender presentations, the latter, when required
- Oversee financial modeling and financial due diligence required in a sale process to help ensure a successful exit
- Support our Chief Strategy Officer and others with proposal and orders support, tracking, and analyses and provide sales planning analytics aligned toward the achievement of key goals
- Effectively build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure strategic initiatives
- Synthesize data into meaningful, actionable analyses and be able to present and communicate this in a digestible format to a variety of constituencies including executive leadership, the Board, Company Leadership, and peers
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: MBA strongly preferred
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 plus years of experience in FP&A with 5 years experience in a senior level finance role. Current or recent experience in Financial Analysis within a standalone company, preferably a private equity-owned organization. A proven track record of stewardship in growth environments while profitably increasing revenues, market share, and/or EBITDA and cash flow.

- Experience in a project-based, utilization-driven professional services environment strongly desired but not required. Knowledge of Deltek VantagePoint also highly desirable.
