Job Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead system implementation, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Support internal customers with functional and systems across the company to include Accounting Operations, Human Resources, Group Finance, Purchasing, IT Asset Management and Corporate Systems teams.
- Research and translate complicated information into understandable recommendations and action steps when presented with a project, production issue, or operation task.
- Direct daily operations of the Coupa system including data integrity, integrations to the financial system, internal controls, and continued support to the functional teams. Oversee daily maintenance and tasks related to Coupa.
- Collaborate with functional staff on business requirements and mapping data fields to support system integrations. Develop testing plans and co-ordinate testing activities with subject matter experts.
- Develop internal rules and processes in collaboration with stakeholders across the business.
- Direct project teams to ensure all requirements, testing, training, and production deployment are complete and on schedule.
- Meet with the executive management team to brief progress and set expectations.
- Lead system integrations of company acquisitions.
- Administer and support the Sub-contract process - Onboarding to invoicing.
- Admin for Expense and Time keeping system.
- Oversight for all system upgrades and releases, provide testing and planning oversight.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and minimum 15 years of finance/ accounting including accounting operations, forecasting, financial reporting, and audit support.
- Proficiency with vendor management, financial systems Deltek (Costpoint), IBM Cognos and Coupa or other equivalent software solutions.
- Knowledge of GAAP and government contract accounting principles and FAR.
- Strong Project Management skills required and PMP certification preferred.
- Patience and ability to work with cross-functional groups from various departments.
- Proven ability to lead/manage multiple projects/work streams simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite - Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint is required. Analyze large amount of data.
- Excellent communication skills and able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organization skills and work well under pressure.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
