Responsibilities
- Lead a Team that implements all new Locumsmart Members (Vendors & HCOs)
- Work with Member and Locumsmart Business Development Team (BD) to define Workflow Rules, Invoice Rules, Bid Rules, approval chains, etc.
- Work closely with the Technology Team to determine any development and/or data import/export needs necessitated by Members preferred setup
- Work with Member to determine appropriate charges for any agreed-upon technology efforts
- Work with SVP of BD and Customer Success to determine if required technology efforts are worth doing
- Negotiate final Member Agreement and Master Contract based on defined Workflow Rules and any relevant Add-on Services
- Execute, file, and maintain all Member Agreements and Master Contracts
- Determine schedule for each implementation, and determine "go live" date
- Gather and load all relevant data prior to "go live"
- Work closely with the BD Team, HCO Account Manager Team and Vendor Success Team to develop processes (using Locumsmart as much as possible) to facilitate efficient knowledge transfer regarding new Members
- Establish positive relationships with key Users of all new Locumsmart Members
- To be effective, you will need to travel occasionally. At least one on-site visit per New HCO Member implementation
- "Go Live Celebration" dinners may require 6-12 trips per year
- Schedule and attendees TBD by you and KAM Leader
- Visit Executive Sponsor and take to dinner - meant to be a relationship-building, celebratory visit (not heavy work/training)
- Similar celebration dinners for key new Vendor Members (~1 per year)
- Plan and lead a Team Meetup at least once per year
- Lead a team that is responsible for Vendor Members' Success on Locumsmart
- Assign a Vendor Success Rep (VSR) to each Vendor Member
- Work with VSRs to lower the Average Days Sales Outstanding for all Vendors
- Work with VSRs to rank all Vendors on the Miller-Heiman Buy/Sell Hierarchy
- Develop a plan for moving "Median Vendor Member" up the Buy/Sell Hierarchy
- Work with each VSR to develop a specific plan for each of their Vendors
- Determine proper KPIs for tracking performance of each VSR
- Develop plan for VSRs to appropriately communicate/train/help Vendors access online materials about Locumsmart functionality and new releases
- Work with each VSR to develop appropriate QBR content for their Vendors
- Work with each VSR to develop appropriate travel schedule for them to visit each Vendor at least once per year (and as appropriate based on volume of business)
- Work with LEC Team to develop a communication plan for VSRs to tell Vendors about sponsorship and attendance opportunities
- Plan and lead a Team Meetup at least once per year
- Be a member of the Locumsmart Leadership Team
- Attend all Locumsmart Leadership Team meetings (generally bi-weekly)
- Prepare monthly business review presentations, and be prepared to present this information to CHG Executive Leadership upon request
- Members of the Leadership Team are required to travel
- Monthly: Employee Lunches
- All members of the leadership team take a Locumsmart employee to lunch every month - this happens across teams, and is intended to give us an avenue to get to know each other better
- Can be done locally, or as a single day trip w/o a hotel stay
- Quarterly: Family Meals
- All members of the leadership team travel to our Family Meals, where we invite all our employees who live in a geographic area, and their families, to come share a meal together with us
- Generally requires a single overnight stay
- Annually:
- India Trip (~7 days). Leadership Team travels to India once a year for general relationship building, and cross-training with eCare India
- Leadership Retreat (~4 days)
- Leadership Team has a retreat once per year focused on goal setting and team building
- Other Leadership Retreats may take place as necessary to complete team and company goals
- Education Conference (~4 days)
- Leadership Team travels to, and helps to lead, the Locumsmart Education Conference (LEC) every year
- You are expected to lead your teams by
- Preparing them for what they'll experience, what to wear and how to behave
- Developing training materials and classes
- Partnering with customers to help them develop materials for breakout sessions
