The Senior Director of SIOP & Materials Planning will have the chance to lead a transformational change within the organization and will play a critical role in driving the material planning processes to achieve the exciting growth plans of the organization by improving cleared to build metrics and inventory turn targets for DAA Manufacturing Business units. This position requires a strategic problem solver with outstanding leadership skills and a strong background in materials management, coupled with expertise in data analytics with a deep understanding of inventory management, materials procurement, and supply chain expertise in the discrete manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate for this position will also be experienced with Master Scheduling, SIOP, & Demand Planning. What you will do:
* Develop an Optimal Material Requirements Planning (MRP) model for company
* Lead a team of SIOP leaders, providing mentorship and support to SCM Managers to ensure the successful execution of materials readiness initiatives.
* Develop and maintain Standard Work for core planning parameters
* Material Stratification definitions
* Order Modifiers and Inventory Entitlement policy to achieve cleared to build targets
* Time fence management
* Exception Message Management
* Be a key contributor and partner with IT to optimize ERP Material Module(s) configuration
* Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Operations teams to conduct planning BOM materials reviews, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation
* Apply data analytics tools and techniques to analyze materials data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize materials strategies
* Monitor compliance to material planning parameters and standard work within DAA business units
* Lead the organizational redesign of ISC and material planning resources
* Define the Roles and Responsibilities of materials positions utilizing the RACI tool
* Accountable owner for Inventory Turns and Cleared to Build metric (100% material complete)
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the materials program management function, using data analytics to find opportunities to optimize processes, reduce risk, and improve efficiency
* Apply digital supply chain technologies to improve visibility, traceability, and collaboration across the supply chain ecosystem
* Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

Minimum Qualifications:
* Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
* 4 Year Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or a related field
* 10 Years of experince in Engineering, Manufacturing, Commercial Operations & Quality leadership
* Strong Knowledge of ERP, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management (TQM), Lean, and SPC techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
* 15 Years of experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Commercial Operations & Quality leadership
