We are hiring aSolution Strategistin our Technology& Services,Solution Strategy practice.Thispurpose of thisjobis todrive consistent and progressivepricingstrategies across deals, offerings, and services.
As aSolution Strategistyou will provide continualback-officeanalysis of Technology & Services project scopes of work, pricing, andbusiness development collateral.You will work closely with the Solution Design team to effectively price combinations of product and servicespackagesthat will produce our client’s required outcomes,whiledriving a successful and profitable deliveryengagement.
Usinginsights gained from your analysis, and in collaboration with thesolutionarchitects, you willmaintaincontent in a knowledgelibrary of technologyofferingsandpricingmodelsthat will beleveragedbyourSalesteamin response to client RFPs.Your ability toeffectivelypricesolutions that will increasesales productivity and improve thepace ofengagements,will be key to the impact you will have in this role.

Consulting, implementation, andtechnologylifecycle management experience related to real estate technology solutionspreferred
In depth bid management experience, including understanding of the sales, contracting, delivery, and recurring engagement cycle
Experienced with evaluating deal P&L, cash flow, and risk modelling information
Comfortabledeveloping andpresentingbudget estimates or technical solutionpricingmodels,identifyinggaps, and clearly communicatingrisks
Proven successwith integratingpricinginformation across functional teams to create the bestpricingsolution thatmeetboth our requirements and those of our clients.
Growth minded, interested in continuing learning about technologycapabilities, innovations, and industry trends. Interested inparticipatingin an ongoing exchange of solutions and best practices across the business.
Education Credentials:
Requires a bachelor’s degree in addition to 5-years+ broad range of business and technical delivery experience
MBA or similar post-graduate studies are beneficial, not required
Experience with SDLC, Agile, ITSM, and/or ITIL industry best practices and methodologies
Intimately familiar with the world of corporate real estate (CRE) including portfolio and facilities management functions, businesses, processes, stakeholders, markets, etc.
Understands real estate technology market: PropTech, IWMS, Smart Buildings, IoT, etc.
Cultural sensitivity as well as demonstrated diversity and inclusion training
Estimated total compensation for this position:
200,000.00 – 250,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
