Job Overview:
Our clients are seeking a Senior District Manager of Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) to serve as the Executive Director for the University Hospital System, a 23-hospital academic health system recognized as one of the Best Hospitals for 2019-20 by U.S. News & World Report. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead HTM services for a prestigious healthcare system known for its innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership in Healthcare Technology Management across a large healthcare environment.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the company and the University Hospital System, developing strong client relationships.
- Oversee operational excellence, ensuring compliance with federal, state, local regulations, and policies.
- Manage budget performance, assess financial risks, and communicate opportunities and results to both the client and senior management.
- Enforce safety programs, ensuring a safe work environment for employees.
- Support workplace diversity initiatives and promote a culture of inclusion.
- Have a working knowledge of cybersecurity issues affecting healthcare providers.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of management experience in Healthcare Technology Management.
- Proven track record in leading HTM services within a large healthcare setting.
- Strong business acumen, decision-making abilities, and proficiency in budget management.
- Experience mentoring and coaching employees at various levels.
