| Experience & Other Requirements •High School Diploma or equivalent •Must be 18 years of age or older •Previous experience in the commercial door and hardware industry or construction industry •Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to customers and internal team members •Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks and requests •Strong time management and customer service skills •Ability to maintain adequate level of professionalism while dealing with frustrated customers |
