Senior Dynamics Developer (F&O) - Phaxis LLC

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics F&O Senior Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, strong technical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to design, develop, and implement robust solutions that enhance our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and modules within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement and customize data models, workflows, and reports to meet business needs.
• Perform system integrations with other applications using APIs and middleware solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and contribute to system upgrades.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and team members.
• Document technical specifications, design documents, and deployment plans.
• Participate in testing and validation of solutions to ensure quality and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations development.
• Proficiency in X++ programming language and strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 architecture.
• Experience with data entities, OData, and the Microsoft Common Data Service.
• Knowledge of Power Platform, Azure services, and other Microsoft technologies is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are preferred.
