Summary
This position is located at Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, SUPERVISION ENFORCEMENT AND FAIR LENDING DIVISION. As a Senior eLaw Litigation Support Specialist, the incumbent will provide expert advice, assistance and technical support for the Office of Enforcement's various processes and systems supporting investigations and litigation, including those related to electronic discovery.

Responsibilities
As a Senior eLaw Litigation Support Specialist, you will:
- Serve as a senior Case Manager for litigation support activities associated with one or more complex cases and/or projects. Serve as the primary point of contact for attorneys, paralegals, and the litigation support team on all cases employing litigation support technology and services. Serve as a technical resource and advisor on a wide variety of litigation support products including, but not limited to, early case assessment applications and hardware, concept analysis tools, social networking and relationship mapping software, data processing and data extraction utilities, electronic matter management systems, docket and calendaring software, trial presentation software tools, forensic document intake tools, eDiscovery review platforms, and sophisticated teleconferencing equipment.
- Develop project plans and cost and duration budgets for eDiscovery projects, helping to ensure compliance with Federal and administrative court rules.
- Provide technical support on discovery, litigation and other information technology matters that concern the identification, collection, processing, review, analysis, production, and preservation of records, including electronically stored information.
