With over 15 years of experience in the field, you will play a pivotal role in leading complex electrical design and manufacturing projects. Your expertise will be crucial in advancing nuclear defense and commercial components, ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability.


Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and testing of electrical systems and components for nuclear defense and commercial applications.
• Oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and develop innovative solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues.
• Stay current with advancements in electrical engineering and nuclear technology to drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present technical documentation and reports to stakeholders.

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required; Advanced degree a plus
• 15+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on nuclear design and manufacturing.
• Proven expertise in the design and development of electrical systems for defense and commercial applications 
• Experience with nuclear technology and related safety protocols is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, practices, and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively.
