Location: New York, NY
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Pay Range: $104k – $156k USD (Final offer will be based on experience, skillset, and location)

Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Electrical Engineer – Project Manager, you will lead complex electrical engineering projects and serve as a key technical and project management resource. Your responsibilities include:
- Project Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, architects, and project teams.
- Technical Design: Design large-scale projects, establish design standards and specifications, and provide technical leadership.
- Interdisciplinary Coordination: Ensure coordination across trades and project consultants.
- Construction Administration: Manage construction documentation, including field reports, RFI responses, and processing bulletins and addenda.
- Employee Development: Conduct periodic evaluations and assist in training and mentoring junior team members.
- Technical Guidance: Contribute to the Technical Leadership Committee and support training initiatives in collaboration with senior engineering leaders.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Experience: 7–10 years of experience in MEP consulting, with a strong background in healthcare, aviation, or critical facilities.
- Project Management: Minimum of 3 years in project management, overseeing complex projects and managing interdisciplinary teams.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with design, CAD, and Revit, as well as a strong foundation in technical leadership.
