Your New Role: Senior Electrical Estimator
At Petri Electric, we’re not looking for a number cruncher. We need a sharp, detail-obsessed Senior Electrical Estimator to take our projects from concepts to reality. Armed with ConEst IntelliBid and Bluebeam, you’ll be the linchpin that makes sure every estimate is on point and every project is set up for success. You’ll collaborate with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders, ensuring no detail is missed and every plan is airtight.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze project specs, drawings, and initial concepts to perform electrical takeoffs like a pro.
- Prepare detailed and conceptual estimates using ConEst IntelliBid and Bluebeam software.
- Work hand-in-hand with engineers and project managers to ensure every estimate is accurate and ready to go.
- Keep your digital house in order—managing records, estimates, and all project documents.
- Offer early-stage cost assessments that guide our projects from the ground up.

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in electrical estimating.
- Strong proficiency with ConEst IntelliBid and Bluebeam software (or comparable tools).
- Willingness to obtain and maintain an electrical license if required.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to actively listen and empathize with colleagues.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
