About the Job
- Develop system/component level requirements and generate electrical design concepts and/or communication system designs
- Design and analyze analog and digital circuit assemblies
- Lead component and system level DFMEAs
- Perform environmental and functional qualifications tests on hardware
- Work with compliance agencies to prepare compliance test plans and documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers, and electronic manufacturing partners to bring a design into a production environment
- Work individually and across a matrixed team environment
Requirements:
- BSc degree in Electrical Engineering, networking and communication systems or closely related field
- 5 years of hands-on experience with electrical component/assembly design and/or communication systems design
- Hands-on experience with analog and digital signal analysis and measurements
- Experience in selecting/designing/validating modules/assemblies with Wired (serial/CAN/Ethernet/USB) and/or wireless communication (BLE/Wi-Fi/Cellular) interfaces
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work in a matrix organization and manage multiple tasks related to different projects
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering and/or certifications in networking and communication systems
- Prior experience in designing or testing systems to meet worldwide telecommunication standards
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
