- Work with talent development leads and HR business partners to analyze data, identify trends and present findings
- Lead and run investigations
- Support manufacturing site in Silver Spring, MD
- Make recommendations about training and programs
- Implement new processes
Qualifications for the Senior Employee Relations Partner include:
- 8+ years of progressive HR professional experience
- 6+ years of direct employee relations experience
- SHRM certification
- HR business partner experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical industry
- Bachelor's degree or Masters in related field
Compensation for the Senior Employee Relations Partner includes:
- Salary Range: $120,000-$140,000 based on experience
