Senior Engineer – Privileged Identity Management

Role: As a member on the Privileged Identity Management team, the candidate will be responsible for engineering efforts related to the CyberArk Program. This individual will have experience with the deployment, architecture, and best practices of the CyberArk suite of products. This Senior Engineer will be responsible for supporting and leading product integrations, upgrades, and deployments. The candidate will be a self-starter, have an engineering mindset, and be able to troubleshoot complex problems. This candidate will report to the Senior Manager of Identity and Access Management.

Job description
Role: As a member on the Privileged Identity Management team, the candidate will be responsible for engineering efforts related to the CyberArk Program. This individual will have experience with the deployment, architecture, and best practices of the CyberArk suite of products. This Senior Engineer will be responsible for supporting and leading product integrations, upgrades, and deployments. The candidate will be a self-starter, have an engineering mindset, and be able to troubleshoot complex problems. This candidate will report to the Senior Manager of Identity and Access Management.
Responsibilities:
- Support all technical aspects of the CyberArk Suite of products including:
- Enterprise Password Vault
- Central Policy Manager
- Privilege Session Manager
- Application Identity Manager
- Conjur
- Lead application upgrades, patches, and technical operations.
- Assist Privileged Identity Architect with integrations and advanced troubleshooting.
- Evaluate new integrations and recommend new processes that could enhance the team's ability and core responsibilities.
- The candidate would be able analyze the current work being requested by business and IT and develop/codify an automation method with the objective to reduce manual work being completed.
- Be part of a fast-paced team in which is constantly working across all areas of the business. Work with stakeholders to understand their security needs and address any defects determined in the process.
- Train other team members as new process and initiatives are defined.
- Available for On-Call L2 support.
- CyberArk deployment and integration experience. CCP, AIM, DAP (Conjur) experience preferred.
- Production server support, Active Directory, Windows Server administration, and application upgrades.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Solid understanding of IT system administration and information security best practices.
- Experience with administration of Windows Servers, Azure, Linux, UNIX, network equipment, DMZ, mainframe, or load-balancers.
- Network and server architecture design.
- Experience developing APIs.
- Following and developing procedures for operational support.
- Maintain and update documentation.
- Integration of server performance and capacity monitoring tools with various products.
- Strong ability to code in PowerShell, Python, Java, or similar scripting language.
- Curiosity and a proven ability to rapidly adapt to new/evolving information and business conditions.
- Ability to listen, capture and translate requirements between different stakeholder groups (Business, Technical, etc.).
- Ability to comfortably and professionally interact with all levels of the organization.
